Celica has been a member of the Valencia Community College family since 2001 where she worked in financial aid. She joined the foundation in 2007 as the scholarship coordinator reaffirming her roots in financial aid and bridging the financial aid office and the foundation to carry out scholarship awards. In her role, Celica oversees all scholarship awards and disbursements.
